Returns & Exchanges

At the Canadian Red Cross shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery to support our mission of care.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid Canada Post return label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
